Trump Asks Voters to Deliver Justice

Election Day is on Tuesday and Donald J. Trump is closing in on his opponent, Hillary Clinton in the polls. The Democratic candidate had more problems regarding the controversy surrounding her emails. That allowed Republican candidate Donald J. Trump to catch up to her. Trump has been regaining the ground that he lost due to controversies regarding his own campaign. He is making the most of the issues surrounding Hillary Clinton’s use of private email while she was Secretary of State. Speaking at a campaign rally this Sunday, he urged Trump supporters to “deliver justice at the ballot box” on November 8.

Donald J. Trump Asks Voters to Sanction Hillary Clinton

The Republican candidate was speaking at a campaign rally on Sunday. Just hours earlier the FBI had made an announcement that it was not going to change its decision about not recommending federal charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The FBI had looked through the new emails that they had found on the computer of former member of Congress Anthony Weiner. That computer was also used by his wife, Huma Abedin who is a top aide to the Clinton campaign. But the new emails did not change the FBI’s conclusion regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of personal email.

Donald J. Trump did not make a direct reference to the announcement by FBI Director James Comey. But he talked about the Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton. Trump said that Clinton was “guilty” of committing federal crimes. Also, he rallied against the “rigged” system that was favoring and protecting Clinton. The Republican candidate added another layer to his argument that the 2016 election is “rigged” in favor of the Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton.

“Hillary Clinton is guilty. She knows it, the FBI knows it, the people know it, and now it’s up to the American people to deliver justice at the ballot box on November 8,”

said Republican candidate Donald J. Trump.

Donald J. Trump added that the Democratic candidate is likely to get away with her wrongdoings. That helped with his message to urge people to vote on Election Day.

“Unbelievable. Unbelievable how she gets away with it,”

added Donald J. Trump.

Donald J. Trump Doesn’t Believe the FBI’s Conclusion

The Republican candidate also wanted to cast doubt over the work of FBI director James Comey. Not long ago, Donald J. Trump had praised the Director of the FBI. He had cheered on the FBI as they made the announcement that they had found new emails pertinent to the Clinton investigation and might reopen the case. Now, Donald J. Trump included the FBI in the “rigged system”. Also, he implied that the FBI had favored Hillary Clinton.

“Right now, she is being protected by a rigged system. It’s a totally rigged system. You can’t review 650,000 emails in eight days. You can’t do it folks,”

said Donald J. Trump.

However, the number of emails that the FBI found on Anthony Weiner’s computer was around 1,000. The Republican candidate misrepresented the number of emails that the FBI had gone through since they were found a little over a week ago.
